Terms and Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. In these terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Conditions’):
1.1 ‘Contract’ means any contracts made between ISLE29 (owned and operated by: Isle29 s.r.o.
Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06, Bratislava, Slovakia, Company Number: 54 847 486, Tel: +421 902 333 592, Email: keeper@isle29.com) and you for the sale and purchase of Products from its Website.
1.2 ‘Order’ means Products which you have selected to purchase in your online basket.
1.3 ‘Parties’ mean Isle29 s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06, Bratislava, Slovakia, Company Number: 54 847 486, , Tel: +421 902 333 592, Email: keeper@isle29.com (referred to as ISLE29) and you.
1.4 ‘Products’ mean any product, article and/or item which ISLE29 sells on its Website. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include any services e.g. courses or membership subscription.
1.5 ‘Website’ means www.isle29.com or www.isle29.store.
1.6 You agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
2. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

2.1 A Contract is formed between you and ISLE29 when (and not before) ISLE29 notifies you by email and/or electronically that your Order has been accepted. Your Order will not be accepted until ISLE29 receives authorisation of your credit card payment or such other authorisation. 
2.2 Subject to any relevant laws and regulation, you agree that these Conditions and the Privacy Policy shall be the exclusive basis on which any Contracts made between ISLE29 and you are transacted and processed unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised representative of ISLE29.
2.3 While ISLE29 tries to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of the Products that you have ordered, ISLE29 will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish ISLE29 to fulfill your Order at correct price. ISLE29 shall be under no obligation to fulfill your Order for a Product, which was advertised at an incorrect price. 
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 No payment for the Products shall be deemed to have been received until ISLE29 has received cleared funds.
3.2 Subject to Clause 2.3, the price of the ordered Products shall be as set out on the Website, and includes packing and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 

3.3 ISLE29 uses Stripe Payment Gateway, which is a simple and safe way to pay online. After selecting the payment option, you will be redirected to the bank page. When paying with a card, you need to enter your credit card details. Your payment will be credited within minutes. This way you pay with a credit card via internet or a fast online bank transfer. This form of payment is not charged. 

4. DELIVERY
4.1 ISLE29 takes best effort to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 3 working days of receiving your Order. Your Order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
4.2 You agree that risk of loss or damage of Products passes to you upon delivery of the Products or on the date of the first attempted delivery by ISLE29.
4.3 You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; ISLE29 advises each of its customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
4.4 Please note that when shipping Products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5. LOSS AND DAMAGE
5.1 ISLE29 warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Products will, subject as hereinafter provided, correspond with the description on the Website or ISLE29’s catalogue (as the case may be), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be of satisfactory quality. All other warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.2 Any claim by you that any Products ordered fail to meet the description on the Website or that they are defective or not of satisfactory quality must be notified to ISLE29 by email at keeper@isle29.com. If delivery is not refused, or you do not notify ISLE29 accordingly, ISLE29 shall have no liability for such failure or defect unless the Products were not of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery or such defects are latent defects.

5.3 A standard warranty for any product sold by ISLE29 is twenty four (24) months.
6. COMMUNICATION
6.1 Any communication between the Parties shall be by email.
7. RETURNS POLICY
7.1 Within fourteen (14) working days beginning with the day after the day of receipt of any Product, you may exercise your right of cancellation in respect of such Product by sending us written notice of cancellation by emailing keeper@isle20.com. You must promptly return the Products to ISLE29 at your cost. ISLE29 will refund your payment for such Product within fourteen (14) working days.
Where the Product is damaged, ISLE29 reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you for any loss suffered by ISLE29.
